Return/Refund Policy

I have a 14 -day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you get in touch with me after 14 days, unfortunately I cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me over the contact form on the website or on my Facebook page. Please note you will need to cover the postage fee. Item sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note I cannot accept refunds for scents that you do not like as this is due to personal taste. 

Damage and  issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Proof of damage required, eg photos, videos.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.

Please also not that I can not accept refunds on disputes over packaging, colour or designs.

Refunds

I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
